fantastic experience!
great location awesome breakfast buffet free snack
The room was bigger than i expected. the location is great. It included proximity to two major metro stops and many restaurants. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, also i liked being able to grab a snack when i came back to the hotel after a long day.
the bathroom needed better cleaning. i noticed yellow water marks in the toilet. the grout lines inside the shower were yellow and black near the shower head, which should have been white.

The hotel provides free snacks and drinks every afternoon in the breakfast room. This is a very nice perk. there is an honor bar on the main floor with alcoholic drinks. a metro station is about a block away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. i found the service excellent, and the staff had good listening skills. communication was excellent.

the hotel is close to major attractions, with accessibility to tourist spots, some of the best restaurants and shopping areas. there are also two major metro stops nearby. the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and unwinding after a long day.
